Regardless of how devout any of us are, particularly Catholics, as that's the platform from which I am speaking, it always feels like a death in the family when a Pope dies. Frances seems to have touched the masses which in today's world is a remarkable feat. Maybe it's the genius of his genuineness, his humility, or his ability to relate to one and all. He was giant and it took until now for some of us to realize the glory that was Pope Frances.
